Community is such an important part of the healing process that is often overlooked.

Group therapy is a great way to build a community amongst individuals who are each different and unique but are seeking to work towards a common goal of healing and growth.

Group Therapy can…

  • Increase a sense of belonging through working towards a common goal.

  • Increase both social emotional and communication skills through therapeutic activities aimed at problem solving, leadership, project management, and coping skills.

  • Increase an awareness of a need for vulnerability to work towards connectedness, belonging, and understanding.

What we offer…

Group Music Therapy

Group music therapy sessions are a great addition to any facility or organization that is looking to provide a setting and environment in which clients of various or similar needs can come together to work towards both individual goals and group goals.

Social Emotional Groups

These groups focus specifically on social emotional learning and is great for children who struggle with emotional regulation, social cues, problem solving, communication, and additional behavior disorders such as ODD. These groups can also be adjusted to meet the needs of adults with autism, teens who struggle with depression and anxiety, and any other group that is seeking to work on the above areas of need.

Parent and Child Groups

These groups are great for parents who either just learned about their child’s diagnosis or are wanting to create a better understanding of what their child needs to thrive and also create a stronger bond with their child.

Not looking for group therapy? We also offer music enrichment classes.

Music Enrichment Classes

Music enrichment classes are meant for extra curricular activities for either homeschool groups, schools, or facilities that would like to offer music as an option for their residents or clients. These classes focus on learning about music in a safe environment where several aspects of the music making process can be explored such as singing, learning an instrument, learning how music is science, math, reading, etc.
